Had I known how things were set up, I would not have got these tickets, but it worked out fine. I paid for expensive tickets (Section 103 seats in row T) which was second row behind the 'pit', center stage. Seats: I understand that seating arrangements are different for different concerts. Completely different experience from what others complained about, and much much quicker in and out than any experience with Ravinia. Once out of the parking area, I did have to wait at a stop light for a while (local police were controlling the stop lights). On the way out, I left immediately after the encore of ended, walking fast, made it to my car and zipped right out immediately after getting in the car. So people arriving later may have had a different experience. I will say, however, that it was not crowded for the first band. It took about 10-15 minutes to park (regular parking), and another 10-15 minutes to walk to the gate and make it to the seats.
To the first issue, parking, which was just fine. Having read the reviews, I was hesitant about seeing a concert at this venue.
